SOLUTION: In the weatherproof coated article, a weatherproof coating film 20 is composed of a matrix 20a which comprises a porous inorganic material, and a dispersion phase 20b which mainly comprises a resin containing an organic component with which the whole of the matrix 20a is impregnated.
