PURPOSE: A radiation curable acryl adhesive composition and its preparation method are provided, which composition has a refractive index similar to that of glass, is improved in the wettability and reduced in the shrinkage during curing and is used to repair the glass of a car. CONSTITUTION: The radiation curable acryl adhesive composition comprises 100 parts by weight of acrylic acid; 70 parts by weight of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate; 50-70 parts by weight of 2-hydroxypropylphenyl ether acrylate; 20-60 parts by weight of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA); and 2 parts by weight of a photoinitiator. Preferably the photoinitiator is 2-(hydroxymethyl)-4-methyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolidinone. The composition is cured by using the UV light of 310 nm.
