PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fixing part to fix a probe itself, a connection part between the probe and a power supply cable and the like from being destroyed in a case where shock waves are applied to a probe apparatus itself by electric discharge at the tip of the probe in a plasma crushing apparatus for destroying rocks or the like. SOLUTION: A curved part 71 is formed in a probe body 10 to allow elastic deformation of a probe body, thereby an impact force applied to the probe is absorbed. When an air gap exists between an insulating material inside the probe or an internal conductive material and an external conductive material, a curved part is formed in the internal conductive material and the like thereby enabling the absorption of shock waves generated by the deformation. A peak value of the impact force applied to the fixing part or the like can be lowered by these methods to prevent the damage of the fixing part, the connection part, etc.
