PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable YGS to authenticate YAS safely without changing basic protocol in a Yaksha system. SOLUTION: A publication means 101 distributes a public key. A transmitter (YAS) 102 generates a first message (initial ticket) and a second message (time stamp). A verifier is limited to a receiver (YGS) and signature information to a message is prepared and transmitted to a receiver via a user. A receiver (YGS) 103 recognizes it on calculating a message from received signature information. A receiver (YGS) alone can execute signature verification, and a message M can be unloaded only when a transmitter (YAS) signs correctly. A YGS can verify a YAS safely by a simple procedure. |
