SOLUTION: In this air bed having a bed base 1, an air mat 3 arranged on a seat plate 2, an air pump 5 connected to the air mat 3 via the air hose 4, and the control box 7 for internally storing a control part 6 for controlling this air pump, an opening part 6 is formed in the seat plate 2, a flange part 9 locked on the port edge of this opening part 8 is protrusively formed on the upper end outside edge of the control box 7, the control box 7 is inserted into the opening part 8 from above, and can be housed and held in a lower space S of the seat plate 2.
