RAW MATERIAL COMPOSITION FOR MANUFACTURING SOFT POLYURETHANE FOAM, SOFT POLYURETHANE FOAM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material composition capable of manufacturing a soft polyurethane foam having good moldability and excellent physical properties even using water as a foaming agent, and to provide the foam and its manufacturing method using the same. SOLUTION: The raw material composition comprises polyols and isocyantates. The polyol has a viscosity of <=2500 mPa.s, and contains a specific polymeric component, two or three polyoxyalkylene polyols, a foaming agent, a catalyst and a foam stabilizer. The isocyanate having a viscosity of <=50 mPa.s, and contains a prepolymer having a terminal isocyanate group (NCO) and toluene diisocyanate which are obtained by reacting an isocyanate isomers mixture in a specific polyoxyalkylene polyol.
