PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acceleration detecting device capable of reliably securing energization time when acceleration of a predetermined value or more is added without being affected by ambient temperature. SOLUTION: In the acceleration detecting device, movable contactors 6a and 6b are mounted to a movable mass body 1 in which movable contacts 3a and 3b are arranged. Protrusion parts 7a and 7b for deceleration are formed in a case 2 in which fixed contacts are arranged. When the mass body 1 is moved by a length longer than a predetermined range against the restoring force of a coil spring 4 by the addition of acceleration, the movable contactors 6a and 6b start to contact the protrusion parts 7a and 7b for deceleration and start to add a frictional force. As the mass body 1 continues to move further, the frictional force is increased to prevent the collision of the mass body 1 with the case 2, and it is possible to secure the connection time between the contacts. |
