PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated board in which an alignment mark can be exposed easily and surely and in which a yield in its manufacturing operation can be enhanced. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the laminated board 4 is provided with a sheet arrangement process in which a first interposition sheet 2 is piled up on a first alignment mark 12 on a board 11 to be laminated, and in which the sheet protrudes partly from the peripheral edge 11C of the board 11 to be laminated; an insulating-layer and metal-layer formation process in which a resin insulating layer 25 and the metal layer 26 are formed in a part on the mark 12 from among the surface 11A of the board 11 to be laminated and the sheet 22; and an exfoliation process in which the sheet 22 is exfoliated from the board 11, to be laminated, together with the layer 25 and the metal layer 26 on the sheet 22 so as to expose the mark 12. |
