摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method using a positively chargeable monolayer electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity as an image support and adaptable to the requirements of speedup and energy saving. SOLUTION: The image forming method uses a positively chargeable monolayer electrophotographic photoreceptor drum with a photosensitive layer consisting essentially of an electric charge generating agent, a hole transporting agent, an electron transporting agent and a binder resin on an electrically conductive substrate as an image support. The mobility of the hole transporting agent is >=1×10-5 cm2/V/sec at 5×105 V/cm field intensity and the mobility of the electron transporting agent is 1/20,000-1/10 of that of the hole transporting agent. The initial surface potential of the drum is >=750 V.
