PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet which does not produce non-plated spots, even when a steel sheet containing comparatively much Cr and Mn is used as a base material, which tends to produce non-plated spots. SOLUTION: This hot-dip galvanized steel sheet composed of a hot-dip galvanized layer on the surface of the base steel sheet containing 0.13-1.0% Cr and 0.2-3.5% Mn each, comprises making total interface length of Cr-Mn concentrated phases containing twice or more as much Cr and/or Mn as the composition of the base steel sheet, to be 80% or less of length of the boundary between the hot-dip galvanized layer and the base steel sheet in an orthogonal cross-section to the boundary, around the boundary when a region including the boundary length of 50μm or more is observed with an electron microgram.
