PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent effective to a symptom mediated by bradykinin such as inflammation, allergic rhinitis, pain and the like. SOLUTION: A compound represented by formula (I) [wherein X1 and X2 are each a halo; R1 and R2 are each hydrogen or an alkyl; R3 and R4 are each hydrogen or a halo; R5 is a diazacycloalkyl which may be optionally substituted at azabicycloalkyl or diazabicycloalkyl, or -NH-(1-5C)alkyl-NH-C(O)- cycloalkylamino] or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
