PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely extend the durability of an agitator attached to a heating container to which heating and cooling area repeated frequently, by preventing the metal fatigue of the agitator. SOLUTION: To the welding part of the agitator 2 set to the inner wall of the heating container 1, deformation work is applied for deforming the welded end face 3 of the agitator to be welded to the inner wall of the container so that the end face 3 has a waveform, and joining by welding is carried out. When a difference in expansion/contraction occurs between two metallic materials by heating and cooling, a waveform part is expanded or contracted to absorb stress.
