<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consultation system by which a consultation requester can inexpensively ask an expert consultant of each field from anywhere anytime, a consultation office can extend a service area and increase earnings and a consultant can shorten time spent in commuting, reduce a traffic cost, increase operation time, and execute quality interviews. SOLUTION: In the consultation system utilizing the Internet, a consultation requester 1 successively retrieves the index 19 of a question and answer database 7 from Internet terminal equipment, selects intended standard question sentence 3, answer sentence 4, related calculation expression 6, and reference data 5, and when the intended standard question sentence 3 can not be retrieved, selects an optimum consultant 15 from a consultant's expert field data 12 stored in a consultant connection database 11, decides the probability of consultation work on the basis of a consultant's schedule 14, immediately connects his (or her) own terminal equipment to the terminal equipment connection point 13 of the optimum consultant 15, and simultaneously links a calculation expression 2 for a related consultation and reference data 9 for the consultation to attain quality consultation on the screens of mutual terminal units.</p> |
