PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a company to immediately and visually confirm difference between the company and an average company about equipment/system already installed by the company by answering some questions by accessing an online consulting system for free on a Web by the company. SOLUTION: In a manager system 1, the company to perform diagnosis creates/sets the questions and answers in three options by using screens 13 to 15 presented on the Web and stores them in a question information file 32. After that, a diagnostic result of the company is taken out from a diagnosis log file 33. In a diagnostic system 2, a radar chart to indicate relative evaluation and balance to an average value of the introduced equipment/system is presented on a diagnostic result display screen 25 by inputting the answers on an answer input screen 24 presented on the Web by a general user.
