PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor with a voice memo function which does not require independently providing a RAM for storing sound temporarily, and to provide an image processing program and an image processing method. SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with an image obtaining means (image pickup means 150), a sound obtaining means (microphone 197, etc.), a fast readable/writable storage means (RAM 184) for temporarily storing the obtained image and sound, an image processing means (signal processing means 170, etc.), for performing image processing to the image stored temporarily, a sound processing means (filter 189, etc.), for performing sound processing to the sound stored temporarily and a recording means (recording medium interface 179, etc.), for recording the image and sound given image processing and sound processing in a recording medium.
