PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a data transmitter to preliminarily perform watermark processing and to conceal dynamically changing data like a transmission day or a transmission destination in order to perform the watermark transmission during communication. SOLUTION: A data transmission method is provided with a modulating means 9 which modulates data to be transferred for data communication, a demodulation means 10 which receives data transmitted from a device of the other party, a discrimination means 4 which discriminates the classification of data to be transferred, a digital watermark processing means 7 which dynamically performs digital watermark processing in accordance with the discrimination result, a data compression means 8 which compresses acoustic data and picture data, a data expansion means 5 which expands data for watermark processing, and an error correction means 6 which detects error from data received from the other party and corrects the error. |
