PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely adhere dust to a tacky adhesive roll and to increase the amount of the dust captured to the tacky adhesive roll. SOLUTION: A cleaner 10 having a contact roll 18 and a tacky adhesive roll 21 is constituted by fixing a revolving shaft 22 of the tacky adhesive roll 21 to a frame 15. A revolving shaft of the contact roll 18 is movably supported at the frame 15 in such a manner that the tacky adhesive roll 21 can come into pressurized contact with the contact roll 18.
