PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an installation property and usability in a rice cooker provided with a rice washing function. SOLUTION: This rice cooker 20 with the rice washing function is constituted of only a rice washing part 23 for washing rice without using water, a rice discharge means 24 for discharging the rice from the rice washing part 23, a rice cooking part 25 for cooking and keeping warm the rice, a rice carrying means 26 for carrying the rice to the rice cooking part 25, and a control means 27 for controlling rice washing, rice discharging, rice carrying, rice cooking, and heat insulating processes, and the rice cooking part 25 is arranged roughly above the rice washing part 23.
