PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve poor coloring and gloss due to electric heating with an excessive degree of heat and quick drying by enabling drying closer to a natural state and carrying even for application anywhere without power source. SOLUTION: Drying closer to a natural state is accomplished utilizing the light and heat of small electric bulbs (5) with a chargeable power source or a size AA battery (3) and surrounding reflected heat using a reflection mirror (8) or an aluminum foil to prevent changes in the coloring and gloss of the nail. Breezing by a rotary blade (7) of a small motor (4) accelerates drying time and a compact body enables carrying. A battery (14) built in allows carrying for a fairly prolonged travel and outing.
