PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cutting processing of a vegetable and a machine for the cutting processing of the vegetable capable of dividing and processing a rodlike vegetable such as a burdock from a cut end radially into a plurality of pieces and carrying out the dividing processing into a different number of pieces in high yield by replacing cutter bodies. SOLUTION: The respective blade tips 3a of the cutter bodies 3 are attached in the centripetal direction and the blade tips 3a are tilted in the centripetal direction from the cutting start part of the vegetable (b) to the cutting end part. Furthermore, the cutting end part of the blade tips 3a is nearly coincident and installed in the apparatus A for dividing processing of the vegetable (b) obtained by securing the cutter bodies 3 provided with the blade tip 3a having a prescribed length on an inner end edge thereof to holders 2 in which a plurality of the holders 2 are annularly arranged in supports 1a and 1b, making the vegetable (b) to be cut in the longitudinal direction of the blade tips 3a of the cutter bodies 3 and dividing the vegetable (b) from the cut end radially into a plurality of pieces.
