PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a dielectric filter in which the influence of a resonance frequency in a TE mode is reduced and spurious characteristics are improved without changing any outside dimension. SOLUTION: Inner conductor forming holes 2a-2c with inner conductors 3a-3c respectively formed on their inside faces are formed from the upper face to the opposite lower face of an almost rectangular dielectric block 1 while inner conductor non-forming parts 4a-4c are formed near one openings. An outer conductor 5 is formed on the whole outer face of the dielectric block 1, and input and output electrodes 6 connected to the inner conductor non- forming parts 4a and 4c are formed so as to be isolated from the outer conductor 5. A recessed part 7 is formed on one opening of the inner conductor forming hole, and the outer conductor 5 is formed on the inner face.
