<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption more than the conventional one in an event input starter. SOLUTION: This event input starter is provided with a counter memory means capable of updating and reading data by the processing of a microprocessor 42, an initializing means initializing the data of the counter memory means right after starting the microprocessor 42, a malfunction detecting means giving a signal to a watchdog timer 44 by the control of the microprocessor 42, a counter memory updating means periodically updating the data of the counter memory means with the progress of the processing, and an execution stop control means forcedly stopping the processing of the microprocessor 42, when comparing the data of the counter memory means with a preset reference value to find that the data reaches the reference value.</p> |
