PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure fire prevention areas according to the sprinkle patterns of water, for a large space in a building such as an entire floor. SOLUTION: This fire prevention area formation system consists of a plurality of head rows 3a and 3b in which a plurality of heads 4 are arranged in the column direction along the ceiling surface, fire prevention areas 2a to 2c which are formed by being partitioned by the head rows, fire detectors 10 and 11 installed in each fire prevention area 2a to 2c, head row 3a provided to form the fire prevention areas when a fire is detected, a controller (monitor and control panel 12) which supplies pressurized water to sprinkle to head 4 in the head rows 3a, 3b to form a sprinkle pattern which partitions the fire prevention areas.
