PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cleaning and eliminate the troublesome mounting work by joining a basin on a top board seamlessly. SOLUTION: In the structure of the basin 5 made of a resin mounted on the top board 10, a space forming member 7 is interposed between an outer circumference rim 6 of the basin 5 made of the resin and a surface material 1 of the top board 10 while a resin 9 is packed to get the basin 5 made of the resin mounted without step at a lower position than the surface material 1 of the top board 10. The resin 9 is also packed between the rear side of the outer circumference rim 6 and a base material 2 outside the outer circumference rim 6.
