PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionization device for a liquid flux for a flux coating device and the flux coating device capable of uniformly coating the liquid flux on a board and excellently conducting soldering. SOLUTION: The liquid flux which is stored in a storage container 1 is supplied to a coating device 10, and is coated on a coating face of a printed board PB by a jet nozzle. An ionization device is mounted on the storage container 1 and a flux vessel 11 of the coating device 10 or the like, and the liquid flux is ionized. Thereby, a cluster of the liquid flux is clustered, and the liquid flux can be uniformly coated on the printed board PB with a constant film thickness. As a result, the soldering can be excellently conducted even when the liquid flux which uses a nonvolatile solvent such as water is used therefor. For the ionization device, for example, a plate like body on which a kneaded body containing tourmalin powder can be used.
