PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust nails of respective obstacle parts. SOLUTION: Force given from an upper side to a plurality of the obstacle parts 3 projected from a base part 2 to the upper side is linearly transmitted to an attaching part 4 arranged coaxially with the obstacle parts 3 and these successive nails 1 are appropriately attached to a game panel. By pushing and pulling the obstacle part 3 from a transverse direction crossing with a projecting direction, the raising posture from the base part 2 of the obstacle part 3 is adjusted. By inserting the arm of a drawing machine or a drawing tool to an engaging part 7 formed on the obstacle part 3 and drawing it to the upper side, the successive nails 1 are detached from the game panel.
