PURPOSE: A cart for moving up a flight of stairs is provided to go up and down a pair of stairs conveniently, and to transport cargo efficiently by moving the cart on the plane conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A cart is composed of a main body(60) including a loading compartment loading cargo, a plane wheel(20), a caterpillar(70), and a handle fixing unit; a step lifting unit converting into the caterpillar for going up stairs; a rotation control unit controlling rotational speed and direction of the caterpillar; a gravity center remaining unit loading cargo in the cart vertically; a handle adjusting unit controlling direction and height of the handle in going up stairs or moving on the plane; and a two-wheel operating unit moving the cart on the plane. Cargo is transported conveniently with moving up and down stairs or transferring the cart on the plane.
