PURPOSE: A non-skid device for a vehicle is provided to prevent a vehicle from slipping back when stopping or starting on a slope way, and to prevent accidents. CONSTITUTION: A non-skid device for a vehicle controls drive of a clutch shaft(4) with disposed at the clutch shaft of a vehicle. The non-skid device comprises a rotary frame(110), a fixed frame(120), and movable fixing units(130a,130b). A side of the rotary frame is fixed to the outer circumference of the clutch shaft to be rotated with rotation of the clutch shaft together. A side of the fixed frame is inserted into the other side of the rotary frame and the clutch shaft goes through the inside of the fixed frame. The fixed frame has plural fixing protrusions(121) along the outer circumference and the other side of the fixed frame is fixed to a vehicle body. The movable fixing unit is coupled to the inside of the rotary frame to be rotated. The movable fixing unit is fixed to the fixing protrusions of the fixed frame by centrifugal force, with unlocked when the clutch shaft rotates in normal direction, and fixed to the fixing protrusions with locked when the clutch shaft rotates inversely at low speed.
