PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by displaying a characteristic of an output value for an operation to an operator. SOLUTION: An output characteristic to be a relation of hoisting/lowering lever manipulated variable and a command signal outputted from a controller to a winch motor circuit is selected among a plurality of output characteristics. The selected characteristic is displayed in the graph in a display device 5 and a present value in the characteristic is displayed by a point P on the graph.
