PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocked condition keeping mechanism capable of holding an unlocked condition with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This unlocked condition keeping mechanism 24 is provided with a through hole 88 formed on a side face of an intermediate block body 28 provided with a locking mechanism 22, and communicated to the external, a hexagon wrench 60 connected to a lock plate 54 inserted from the external through the through hole 88, and a plate spring member 90 releasing the locking action by raising the lock plate 54 through the hexagon wrench 60, and locking the hexagon wrench 60 in the locking action releasing condition. |
