TURNOVER STOCKPILING METHOD FOR STOCKPILED RICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnover stockpiling method enabling stockpiling stockpiled rice while effectively using the rice for e.g. school lunch without disposing of the rice after its palatable period. SOLUTION: This turnover stockpiling method for stockpiled rice is characterized by stockpiling at first the total amount of the amount needed of stockpiled rice such as alpha rice, using one part of the rice before its palatable period passes when there is no emergency use and also newly replenishing only the used amount thus successively repeating the cycle of using the previously stockpiled rice followed by replenishing the used amount so as to always stockpile the amount needed of stockpiled rice within palatable period.
