PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure insulation of magnets, when they are incorporated in a rotor core, while dispensing with subjecting the magnet themselves to an insulation film forming treatment. SOLUTION: Magnets 17 are inserted into magnet holes 16, formed beforehand in a rotor core 15, with an adhesive 19 having a base material of epoxy resin, silicone resin, etc., between and bonded and fixed to the magnet holes 16. Non- conductive material particles 20, such as glass beads, ceramic particles, etc., whose particle diameters are at least two times the maximum height among values obtained by a surface roughness measurement of the surfaces of the magnets, are mixed beforehand in the adhesive 19, so that the thickness of the adhesive layer is not smaller than the particle diameter of the mixed particle 20.
