PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developing device and a liquid image forming apparatus preventing the fogging of an image so as to form the high-quality image, and decreasing carrier liquid. SOLUTION: This liquid developing device is equipped with a developer carrier 42 carrying liquid developer 40 obtained by dispersing the toner in the carrier liquid, and develops a latent image by supplying the developer 40 carried on the developer carrier 42 to a latent image carrier 1. It is provided with at least one removing roller 43 for removing the excess developer 40 adhering to the surface of the latent image carrier 1 after development on the downstream side of the surface of the latent image carrier 1, and also the roller 43 is formed of an elastic body. |
