PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ITV device for dam control capable of simultaneously displaying a water level, temperatures such as water temperature, and an on-site image of the water level, from positional information and image information obtained by using a single camera, having a simple structure manufacturable at a low cost, and capable of achieving facilitated dam control and a reduced installation cost. SOLUTION: This ITV device comprises the ITV camera 12 disposed movably in the vertical direction in which the water level varies and outputting positional information and image information on the water level in a water-level control area, an ITV image processing means 20 for preparing water level data from the positional information on the water level corresponding to a water level image taken by the camera 12 and preparing temperature distribution image data on the level image from the image information by performing temperature analysis, and an ITV monitor means 30 for image-displaying the level data and image data prepared by the processing means 20 together with the level image obtained by the camera 12. |
