PURPOSE: A bone collagen supporter is provided, thereby the bone collagen supporter having multipore and improved cell suitability can be easily produced. CONSTITUTION: The bone collagen supporter is produced by decalcification of a bone, wherein the decalcification of the bone is carrying out by dipping the bone in 0.5N HCl solution for 12 to 24 hours, washing the resulted bone with phosphate buffered saline(PBS) to regulate the hydrogen concentration of the bone to pH 7.4. The produced bone collagen supporter has multipores having the diameter of 5 to 500 micrometer. The produced bone collagen supporter is an epidermal substitute where fibroblast can be grown. A bio-stimulating factor carrier contains the bone collagen supporter, wherein the bio-stimulating factor is growth factor, antibiotics or medicines.
