PURPOSE: A method for recording commercial phrase to an optical disc is provided to remove the any additional commercial phrase printing step and printing devices thereof by copying the optical disc by using laser marking of the commercial phrase with respect to a stamper or a master disc. CONSTITUTION: A method for recording commercial phrase to an optical disc includes the steps of preparing a master disc(glass master) by forming pits(51a) as the data information on a glass substrate(51) by using a mastering machine, plating a metal film(53) on the glass substrate of the master disc formed with the pits for preparing a stamper(metal master;54) by separating the plated metal film, marking the commercial phrase such as lists of music, photographs, CI(Corporation Identity), BI(Brand Identity) and the like to any other area than the data recording area of the surface formed with the stamper pits, and copying an optical disc(59) by supplying optical disc raw materials to the stamper to which the marking is finished.
