PURPOSE: A system for managing the electronic cash is provided to convert a service provider based EC(Electric Commerce) environment into the customer based EC environment and to enable the service provider and the customer to conveniently use an electronic cash service system. CONSTITUTION: An electronic cash management server(10) comprises a registered member information database(11), a cash and point management server(12), and an accumulated cash and obtained point database(13), and connects with a financial organization(40) having a bankbook of the users through an Internet network(20). The user computers(30,32) have the electronic cash management programs(31,33). The program includes a security module, an advertisement module managing the advertisement displayed through the computer, a point management module storing the point obtained or used while using the computer in a point bankbook module, an e-mail module, an information storing module storing the user information and the advertisement information, a transmitting/receiving module connecting to the electronic cash service providing server through the Internet, an EC module, and a financial organization connection module.
