PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for removing odor and VOCs is provided, which can keep removing efficiency of odor and VOCs for an extended time at an enhanced level and cope with variations of concentration and flow load steadily with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a bioreactor(3) in which a hollow fiber membrane bundle(2) is vertically installed from a top end(4) to a bottom end(7) and a culture fluid(1) for microorganism is filled for dissolving odor and VOCs contained in the gas stream passing through the bundle inside by microorganism layer attached to the hollow fiber membrane bundle(2); a gas feed part which consists of gas feed pumps(5,13), and is connected to the bundle top end(4) for feeding gas to the bundle top end(4); a gas discharging part which is connected to the bottom end(7) of the bundle(2) for discharging gas; a nutritive supply tank(8) installed outside the bioreactor(3) for supplying nutritive to the culture fluid(1).
