PURPOSE: A remote telemarketing system is provided to cut the cost of space for telemarketing business by enabling a telemarketer to execute telemarketing service work in a remote place. CONSTITUTION: Client standard telephones(101a-101n) are connected to a PSTN(105). Client PCs(103a-103n) are connected with the Internet(107). Telemarketer client systems are respectively connected to the PSTN(105) and the Internet(107). A telemarketing server(203) is connected with the Internet(107). The telemarketing server(203) consists of a log-on processing part(205) and a database(117). The log-on processing part(205) executes log-on processing as the telemarketer client systems access the telemarketing server(203). The database(117) stores information associated with telemarketing, such as client information data, product information data, etc. Also the database(117) stores the call-recorded data transmitted from the telemarketer client systems.
