PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing raw materials from sticking onto grizzly bar of surge hopper is provided to prevent clogging of the grizzly bar by effectively preventing raw materials from sticking onto the grizzly bar, and improve quality of sintered ore and working productivity by preventing segregation in the surge hopper. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for preventing raw materials(100) from sticking onto grizzly bar of surge hopper, the apparatus comprises bar elements(12) which are mounted on the surge hopper in such a manner that both ends of the bar elements(12) are rotated; an operating bar(20) which is installed at one side of a reciprocating conveyor(130); and touch bar devices(30) which are mounted on one side of the bar elements(12) respectively, wherein the touch bar devices(30) are touched with the operating bar(20) of the reciprocating conveyor(130) when the reciprocating conveyor(130) is moved forward so that the bar elements(12) rotate the reciprocating conveyor(130) to certain degrees of an angle as the bar elements(12) are being shocked by the operating bar(20).
