PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing an adhesive film having a low Poisson's ratio by irradiating UV and crosslinking, which improves the reliability of semiconductor packages. CONSTITUTION: The process contains the steps of: (S31) coating a material of the adhesive film; (S32) drying the coated adhesive film; (S35) irradiating UV on the coated adhesive film, wherein the UV irradiation process uses a UV initiator and a composition having a reacting group capable of crosslinking by the UV initiator and a UV lamp having a wavelength of 100-500nm.
