REACTION FORCE DEVICE OF STEERING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A device for reaction force of a steering system is provided to generate torsion torque by integrally forming a protrusion in the end of a pinion and a groove in a pinion housing with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A reaction force apparatus of a steering system is composed of an input shaft receiving rotational force from a steering wheel; a pinion body(14) connecting to the input shaft, and forming a pinion gear in the outer periphery; a pinion housing(21) having an installation hole inserting the pinion gear; a reaction force protrusion(16) protruded in the end of the pinion body inserted to the pinion housing; and a reaction force groove(26) inserting the reaction force protrusion, and forming rotational clearance. Torsion torque is generated by forming the protrusion in the end of the pinion body and the groove in the pinion housing with simple structure.
