NOVEL PLEUROTUS FERULAE-K9 AND CULTURE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a novel Pleurotus ferulae-K9(KCTC 0977BP) and a culture method thereof, thereby mass-producing Pleurotus ferulae-K9(KCTC 0977BP) in a shorter time than normal Pleurotus ferulae. CONSTITUTION: The culture method of Pleurotus ferulae-K9(KCTC 0977BP) is characterized by followings; pH of a medium is pH 7.5-8.0; cultivation temperature is 20-25 deg. C for early 10 days then 16-18 deg.C thereafter; cultivation temperature is 19 deg.C in the day time and 14 deg.C at night when a mushroom develops; growing temperature is 10-12 deg.C; and 200-600 lux of lights are provided.
