PURPOSE: A device and method for sharing a dynamic memory between virtual machines is provided to secure a memory usage between virtual machines maximally through a share of one dynamic memory. CONSTITUTION: A memory(100) stores an operating system and each system application program. The first virtual machine(200) initializes the memory(100) in an active status, allocates the memory(100) dynamically, and performs an operation of a corresponding system application program. The second virtual machine(300) maintains a stand-by status in an active operation of the first virtual machine(200), initializes the memory(100) in a stand-by status of the first virtual machine(200), allocates the memory(100) dynamically, and performs an operation of a corresponding system application program. A system memory area(102) outputs the operating system and each system application program to a heap memory sharing area(101). The first virtual machine memory area(103) receives and stores each program processing data from the first virtual machine(200). The second virtual machine memory area(104) receives and stores each program processing data from the second virtual machine(300).
