PURPOSE: Provided is a method for separating and purifying protease from Periserrula leucophryna in high yield by using an absorbing agent, thereby mass-producing protease. CONSTITUTION: The method for separating and purifying protease from Periserrula leucophryna characteristically comprises the steps of: manufacturing crude extraction from Periserrula leucophryna; absorbing the crude extraction by using an absorbing agent; eluting the absorbed extraction using an eluent; purifying the eluate by column chromatography.
