The output of the second OR gate is connected to the input of the second power amplifier, the outputs of the first, second, third and fourth control windings of the control surface, whose second inputs are connected to the fourth input of the inertial gyro and the power source of the on-board equipment. The synchronization bus is connected to the input for resetting the first pulse counter, and to the count input of the second pulse counter, whose information outputs are connected to the first group of addresses of the permanent storage, whose second group of addresses is connected to the information outputs of the first pulse counter, whose count input is connected to the output of the clock pulse generator. The second output of the permanent storage is connected to the enabling input of the second pulse counter, and the first output - to the second inputs of all AND gates, whose first inputs are connected to the input bus, and the outputs are connected to the output bus.
