Binder is water glass. Components are used in the following ratio, wt%: oxidized crucible graphite 0.5-5; water glass 1-3; carboniferous components the balance. Carbonizer is made in the form of three-dimensional geometric figure and comprises carboniferous components and water glass as binder used in an amount of 1-3 wt%.
