SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting bar of round section; aligning ends thereof; forming flange on bar by upsetting; forming cavity by extrusion and outer annular member; punching opening. All operations are performed at stamping stations. Outer annular member is formed and opening is punched at individual stamping stations. Opening is punched at final stamping station. Method allows hollow steel parts with outer annular member to be produced. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of articles. 1 dwg
