PURPOSE: A portable wireless terminal having a health state examining function is provided to be connected with an Internet server built with a health state examining program, and to connect body changes of a user with the Internet server in real time, thereby informing the user of an examined result in real time. CONSTITUTION: A portable wireless terminal(100) detects a user state. A server(200) receives the detected user state through an Internet network to diagnose a health state of a user, and transmits a diagnosed result to the portable wireless terminal(100). The server(200) comprises as follows. A transceiver(210) filters and amplifies a noise or data to transceive the data through the Internet network. A user DB(230) updates and stores prestored user information and the data transmitted through the transceiver(210). A processor(240) processes health diagnosis by users with the stored information. A controller(220) controls the transmission of the processed data to the Internet network through the transceiver(210), or controls the updating and the storing of the data in the user DB(230).
