<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell which has an enough light trapping effect, is equipped with a silicon layer that is reduced in defect density, and superior in efficiency. SOLUTION: A unijunction thin film solar cell is equipped with a set of a transparent conductive layer and a photoelectric conversion layer formed on a board in this sequence, a plurality of holes are provided to the surface of the transparent conductive layer that comes into contact with the photoelectric conversion layer, and irregularities are provided to each inner surface of the holes.</p> |
